NEW RELEASE - SEEKERS Batch #003 Straight Bourbon

Everwild Spirits is releasing Batch# 003 of our SEEKERS Straight Bourbon Whiskey, this Friday, 4pm, at the Everwild Bottle Shop, 212 Hancock Street, Sandusky.

It's hard to believe we are already on Batch# 003 of our SEEKERS Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This is 'small batch' bourbon, meaning we only use a very small number of barrels (6 in this case) for each batch. The 'recipe' is the same, but each barrel is unique, and you get slightly different results each time. For me, the fun is in trying these different batches and comparing those subtle differences.

SEEKERS is a blend of high-rye bourbon (36% rye) and high wheat bourbon (45% wheat). Both bourbons are aged at least 4 yrs, 6 mo, and are exceptional on their own. Combined, they provide an incredibly smooth, easy straight sipping bourbon. SEEKERS is excellent in an Old-Fashioned, Manhattan or our very popular Honey Vanilla Bourbon sour as well.
