New Craft Cocktails for 2023!

Everwild Spirits New Featured Craft Cocktails for 2023

Since Day one, we have had an amazing response to our craft cocktail menu. Allison Miller, our Head Bartender and resident mixologist, is the genius behind all of our delicious drinks. She really takes great pride in developing creative new ways to enjoy our Seekers bourbon, as well as other spirits. This past summer, her Honey Vanilla Bourbon Sour was easily our top selling mixed drink in 2022, followed closely by her Strawberry Basil Bourbon Smash. For the fall menu Allison hit a home run again with her Cinnamon & Cider Bourbon, the Smokeater and Maple Old Fashioned. Now, in the depths of winter, Allison has developed some craft new drinks that feel just right for the season.

S’mores Old Fashioned

A playful twist on a traditional classic, this S’mores Old Fashioned incorporates cocoa infused Seekers Straight Bourbon, chocolate bitters and real toasted marshmallows to garnish, and finished with a graham cracker sugar rim. Fun, clever and delicious!

Grand Manhattan

Featuring our new smooth and velvety Seekers Wheated Bourbon, this Grand Manhattan adds a dash of Grand Marnier along with a hint of chocolate bitters to provide a subtle classy twist on the traditional Manhattan.

New York Whiskey Sour

The visual presentation of this cocktail tells you you are in for a treat. Seekers Straight Bourbon is balanced with fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and aquafaba, and finally topped with a splash of 3 Finger Jack Red Wine to add both flavor and visual drama.

Highball

The Highball has a pretty broad definition: an iced drink containing liquor (such as whiskey) and water or a carbonated beverage (such as ginger ale) and served in a tall glass. We elevate our Highball, featuring our Seekers Toasted Oak bourbon, adding fresh ginger and lime juice, demerara syrup and topped with Cidergeist PIP cider.
