Sold Out!

Your response to our bourbon has been awesome. The feedback has been incredibly positive across the board - you love our Seekers Straight Bourbon Whiskey. We sold out all 1,214 bottles of our inaugural Batch 001 in less than five weeks, which exceeded all our expectations. We quickly bottled Batch 002, and its nearly gone as well. Don’t worry - we will make more. Batch 003 will release in early September.

A New Product

This Friday, August 5th, we are launching our second bourbon product, Seekers Toasted Oak Cask Finish. This will be a one-time limited release. Only 1,850 bottles were produced and we will not make a second batch of this one. We just completed the bottling yesterday, and I can tell you this one is amazing. We used new Ohio-grown white American oak toasted barrels from Speyside Bourbon Cooperage (Jackson, OH) with a heavy toast. We finished this already excellent four year+ high-rye bourbon an additional 60 days in these toasted oak barrels, and its phenomenal. The nose (for me) offers clear notes of maple syrup, toasted caramel and a hint of vanilla. Its very smooth, and has a great complex rye bourbon finish. It needs no help at all as a neat pour. Really excellent and we’re excited for you to try it.

Sandusky Loves Craft Cocktails

Maybe one of the biggest surprises at our Tasting Room has been the wildly popular creative craft cocktails our bar staff has developed. Our Strawberry Basil Bourbon Smash, Honey Vanilla Bourbon Sour, and Iced Storm Mountain Seeker have been the hit of the summer. Our bartenders can’t make them fast enough (hmmm… canned cocktails?). The feedback on our cocktails has been awesome and I’m so proud of our team for these innovations and building our reputation as a true craft cocktail location.

We are at the very beginning of a long journey to build our brand awareness and presence in the area, and we could not do it without these partners. Copper Club - Sold Out

Our Copper Club concept was a bit of a gamble. There is nothing like it available here in Sandusky, or even northern Ohio for that matter. We felt this was really a concept that our most devoted bourbon lovers would embrace though, and, well, we were right. All 40 lockers have been sold, and we are now maintaining a waiting list. Live Entertainment

I’m proud to say that Everwild has live music scheduled every Friday & Saturday night, 7-10 pm, through the end of October. We want you to know that week in and week out, Everwild will always have great music entertainment for you to enjoy while sipping our bourbon or cocktails. We have been very lucky to find some incredibly talented local musicians to fill out our entire summer entertainment Calendar. Christian Kaser, Brad Hoffman, Mind Canaries, Acoustic Scotty, No Wake, Brad Walk, Piano man Jimmy Bilgen and the amazing country crooner, Ricky Widener, we’ve got a great roster of local artists who put on a great show.
