Everwild Releasing a New Wheated Bourbon

Special Release Event on Saturday, Dec. 3rd, 12 noon. Launching a brand new wheated bourbon - our third and final product of 2022

Today Everwild Spirits is proud to announce the upcoming release of its ultra small batch new Seekers Wheated Bourbon, Saturday, December 3rd, at 12 noon. This is the first wheated bourbon to be released by Everwild, packaged in a unique slender colonial bottle, with a special premium clear glass stopper. This special winter release will be limited to just 200 bottles, each hand numbered (1-200), and will be offered exclusively from the Everwild Bottle Shop at 212 Hancock Street, Sandusky. It will not be sold in area liquor stores. A delicious holiday special, it is 'Bottled-in-Bond' (100 proof), and tastes exceptionally smooth for a higher proof. With 45% winter wheat in the mashbill, its about the highest wheat content you will find in a bourbon whiskey.

Tasting Notes: Our high wheat bourbon has been barrel aged in new American Oak Barrels, #4 char, for 4 years, 11 months, and is remarkably smooth. It is non-chill filtered to ensure its exceptional flavor is preserved. The nose offers notes of brown sugar, vanilla and honey, with hints of cinnamon on the palate. The finish is velvety soft, with a suggestion of nutty caramel and a warm vanilla that lingers.
